Rockwall Community Circle & Teen Board The Community Circle & Teen Board was founded in 2013 in Rockwall, Texas and serves as the local Rockwall County Helping Hands community auxiliary.

The Helping Hands Community Circle is a community of diverse Rockwall County individuals and families collectively serving Helping Hands through fellowship, networking, donations, fundraising, service and volunteering. What We Do ~ The Community Circle & Teen Board seeks to engage the next generation for Rockwall County Helping Hands by providing opportunities for Rockwall County individuals and families to participate in events that raise community awareness of Helping Hands services. We also exist to provide financial and volunteer support for the organization.
