We are seeing an increase in people selling side by sides, dirt bikes and boats without a title. Only boats under 17ft and some jet skies don't have a title in Iowa. If it has been registered in Iowa you need the title from who you bought it from! Call our office if you have questions before buying it! 712-297-8121.

Whether an auction or private seller, be cautious of the transaction and make sure you are set for success!
Image below is applicable to all off road vehicles.
-Water vessels under 17 ft. do not have a title unless a previous lien is in vessels history.
-Registration can work as a bill of sale if seller signs front and back.
