What a year. 🥹💙

As we close out another season at the Rockwell Aquatic Center, my heart is so full. I truly couldn’t run this pool without such an amazing community behind it. Thank you for showing up, supporting us, making memories, and making the RAC feel like so much more than just a pool.

To our incredible staff — thank you for the long days, hot days, early mornings, late nights, and all the laughs in between. You are truly what makes this place so special. And to the parents of our staff, thank you for sharing your kids with us and supporting them all summer long. ❤️

A huge thank you to our pool board for everything you do behind the scenes to keep this place going. There are so many people who contribute to making the RAC what it is, and I’m incredibly grateful for every one of you.

This summer brought so many memories, friendships, laughs, and moments I’ll never forget. I’m so proud of what we’ve built together and so thankful to be a small part of this community.

It’s Chicken BBQ day!! Come on out to Zeidler Park from 11-2!

🍗 ROCKWELL’S ANNUAL CHICKEN BBQ IS TODAY

One of Rockwell’s longtime community traditions returns today, with the Annual Chicken BBQ from 11 a.m. to 2p.m. at Zeidler Park.

The BBQ is a big event in Rockwell and a chance for families, friends and former residents to gather for lunch before the afternoon continues downtown.

Then from 2–4 p.m., the Main Street Rockwell Farmers Market adds a special Touch-a-Truck event, with emergency and service vehicles on display for families to see up close.

The market is also expected to feature:

🚒 Fire and police vehicles
🚁 A scheduled medical helicopter appearance, if emergency calls allow
🌽 30+ vendors
🎶 Live music
🍴 Food and local products
