🚨 911 service is NOT affected and remains fully operational.

At this time, Comcast is unsure exactly how long the outage will last. We will provide an update once the phone service has been restored.

Joseph was safely located approximately 16 miles away from home. He was gone only a short time, this shows the importance of public notification and community assistance. Thank you!!

Please help us locate 17 year old missing juvenile Joseph Schaefer. He left on his teal bike southbound from the West/Sylvan area on 8/4/26 at approximately 9am. Last seen wearing the clothing pictured. Joseph is 5’11, 220 lbs with blond hair and glasses.
