It's that time of month when we remind you that Tuesday, August 15th is shut off day. If you have a previous balance of anything $10.00 or more you will acquire a delinquent fee and possible shut off if not paid before 9:00 am. You can put it in the drop box by the office door, go online to courtmoney.com or go to our new website at www.mcdonaldcopwsd2.com, find the button that says "Pay your bill now" etc. No form number to remember. Just complete the form and you're done. Enjoy your weekend and stay cool.

GREAT NEWS!!! We now have a new website. You can find all kinds of good information. It has forms, our welcome packet, CCR (Consumer Confidence Report), District Boundaries, just all kinds of things. You can even pay your bill through courtmoney without having to have the form number. You can also sign up to receive email and or text alerts when something is happening in the District, like leaks, flushing or general information. The Rocky Comfort town and possibly the close surrounding areas my experience low or no water while the guys are flushing the lines after a valve replacement. We apologize for the inconvenience but it can’t be helped.

Here we are again. It’s that time of month when we say that Friday there was 26 customers on the shut off list for Tuesday, July 18th. So, if you have a previous balance on your bill and it has not been paid in full you are eligible, this includes the late fee if we received last months payment on the first or later. Remember we close at 3:00 pm on Mondays after that you will have to put your payment in the Dropbox or go online to courtmoney.com. Today's the day! The last day of the month. We will be open until 3:00 pm. for you to call or come in and make your payment. After that you will have to drop it in the drop box or go online. You can find that information in prior post. If we do not get your payment in the dropbox or online before 9:00 am. please add the late fee. The leak has been found! Unfortunately, the following customers will be without until it is fixed. Max Ruhl, Matt Watson, Marsha Rhine, and anyone on Anglin Ln. Once it has been fixed they will flush the lines and you may have low pressure again.

My how time flies! Yesterday evening we emailed bills out and today we will be taking the rest to the post office. Remember - if you don't get an email in your inbox please check your spam or junk file. It seems that like everything else they are not reaching their destination. Update on the main computer at the office. The motherboard got hit. Gonna be at least a week to get a new one and everything transferred. With that being said please be patient with us . If you call in we can look you account up from paper copy or you can have your service id and what you owe us available. If you’ve made a payment earlier this month and need to pay the balance you will have to know how much you owe. Here we go again. Our fix on JJ Highway just moved down to the next joint ofpipe. Unfortunately we had to shut the water off until we can get it back together again.

Well, we have news… unfortunately U Hwy will be without water for a while until we can find the leak. It’s somewhere between Carter rd and Steve Roberts. On JJ Hwy they are trying to do a quick fix until we can get it done right. Again we apologize for the inconvenience. Ya gotta love Mother Nature

Due to the weather putting us behind last week, we have finally emailed all the bills and the rest will be mailed by tomorrow afternoon. We apologize for the delay but mother nature happened.
