We want to take a moment to extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who made our Community Carnival a success. To our dedicated staff - your commitment, expertise, and passion are the heartbeat of all we do. To the Rocky Hill Fire Department CT volunteers who generously gave their time and energy and stepped up to make our event a success. And a huge thank you to every department whose collaboration kept us moving forward, especially the Rocky Hill Parks & Recreation Maintainers crew.

To our wonderful donors, a heartfelt thank you to you all as well: West Side Marketplace, Sysco, Gilbert Farms, East River Energy, PBM Printers, Sign Wiz, Big Y World Class Market, Stop & Shop, Petes Pizza Palace, and Arch II; your generosity provided the resources we needed to pursue our goal.

WAITING LIST OPENS: The Housing Authority of the City of Middletown, 40 Broad St., Middletown, CT. 06457. The Housing Authority of the City of Middletown will accept applications for the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program/Section 8. Applications will be accepted from 7/21/2026 8:30 am until 7/27/2026 4:30 pm. The Housing Authority will accept applications online only at www.middletownha.org. If you or anyone in your family is a person with disabilities who requires an accommodation in the Housing Authority’s policy or procedures to fully utilize our programs and services, please contact the Housing Authority at 860-346-8671 | TDD/TTY 711.

•Elderly/Near Elderly (50+) – Studio
•Family Units – 3, 4, 5, & 6 Bedrooms
To qualify, you must be a low-income senior (elderly or near-elderly, age 50+) individual or family that is seeking a studio apartment owned by the Housing Authority or a low-income family in need of a 3, 4, 5, or 6 bedroom owned by the Housing Authority.
How To Apply:
•The Housing Authority recommends that you apply online via the Online Application Portal.
•Alternatively, you may download and print the pre-application form, or pick up an application at: 40 Broad St. Middletown, CT. 06457, complete it in its entirety, and return it to MHA by mail or drop box at: Housing Authority of the City of Middletown (THACM) 40 Broad St. Middletown, CT 06457.
