D-Day Remembrance – June 6, 1944

Today, the Rocky Mount Police Department joins our community in honoring the brave men who stormed the beaches of Normandy on June 6, 1944. Their courage, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment to freedom helped change the course of history.

As we remember the heroes of D-Day, we extend our gratitude to all who have served and continue to serve our nation.

Freedom is never free.
