The transformation on our Pine K**b project is one that we are very proud of and is one of the more complicated projects we have ever done. It’s easy to build a new house and have it turn out this nice but to take a 1500 sf ranch and transform it into something this amazing was no easy task! But thanks to our very talented team and amazing clients it turned out stunning and better then we envisioned.

We’ve all heard the stories about things that were “designed on a napkin”, well that’s just the case with this house. Our clients had given James their wish list but he was struggling to come up with a plan that would give them all they wanted without just totally tearing down the house that his client grew up in and starting from scratch but then after a couple sleepless nights James was laying in bed with his wheels turning and it clicked to him, at that point he got up, went to the kitchen and sketched it out.

Check out our progress on our Waterfront home over the last 20 days! Framing is complete, HVAC is roughed in, plumbing rough in has started, windows and doors are in and siding has started! Shingles going on Tuesday!
