Student registration for the FREE Community English-ESOL Classes hosted at Franklin Heights Church in partnership with the Franklin County Adult Education program (FCACE) will be on Wednesday August 26th (6:00 pm - 7:30 pm) at the church. Parents are welcome to bring their babies and children to classes. Teacher Ginny and Teacher Monique are looking forward to seeing students! 📚 👩‍🏫 💻 🧑‍🏫 / La inscripción estudiantil para las clases gratuitas de inglés (ESOL) para la comunidad, organizadas por la iglesia Franklin Heights en colaboración con el programa de educación para adultos del condado de Franklin (FCACE), se llevará a cabo el miércoles 26 de agosto (de 6:00 pm a 7:30 pm) en la iglesia. Please help us to congratulate Brayden T., our first official GED graduate for this school year! He began his journey at the FCACE program in April as a Fast Track Distance Learning Student. Brayden scored well on his GEDReady practice assessments and earned the scholarship-waiver to take the official GED subject tests for FREE! He studied at home using the Scoreboost GED Test Preparation books. He said appreciated how the staff at the FCACE were willing to schedule appointments around his work and life schedule. Brayden chose to take his official GED subject tests at the Roanoke Higher Education building’s GED Test Center. He said he liked testing in Roanoke because he could schedule up to two official GED subject tests for the same day.

Braden plans to enroll into an animation / art + design school. He also hopes to attend a Bible College in the future. We are proud of you, Brayden!! 🎉 👨‍🎓 👏

Today is the day to register for the free English-ESOL for the Workforce classes! People can come by the Franklin Center between 9:00 am - 7:30 pm to enroll in either Morning Class or in the Night Classes. Teacher Monique, Teacher Ginny, and Teacher Linda will help you. 🎉😃 📚 💻 👩‍🏫 / ¡Hoy es el día para inscribirse en las clases gratuitas de inglés (ESOL) para el ámbito laboral!
