Join Our Team at John Swett Unified School District! ✨

We are seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable Human Resources Manager (12 Months | 1.0 FTE | Confidential) to join our leadership team in Rodeo / Crockett, CA!

In this pivotal role under the direction of the Superintendent, you will oversee both certificated and classified personnel, serve as our district Credential Analyst, support labor negotiations, and help foster a positive, supportive environment for all district staff.

Key Qualifications:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in HR, Public Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
🔹 4+ years of technical public personnel experience (at least 2 years in a CA public school district)
🔹 Deep knowledge of CA Education Code, credentialing rules, and collective bargaining
🔹 Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
