There are several controlled burns in the surrounding area. We do not expect much smoke in our immediate area, but you may occasionally notice a light smoke smell depending on wind direction.

If you see visible flames or heavy smoke and are unsure of the source, please call 911.
If you only notice mild smoke, it is likely from these planned burns.

The Benton County Road Department ask that we stay off the roads as much as possible. It makes it much easier for them to clear the roads and also for those that have no choice, but to travel.

The Benton County Road Department has been working hard to clear roadways throughout the county.

We are asking everyone to please stay off the roads if at all possible. This will allow road crews and emergency vehicles to travel freely and do their jobs safely.

If you do need to travel, please allow plenty of extra time and be sure to pack an emergency kit.
