SCENIC LAKE CRUISES on the 36’ Nautical Wheeler are available to the general public on weekends and holidays from late April till early November. The boat is docked at Joe Wheeler State Park Marina in Rogersville, Alabama. Most public cruises take 1 1/2 hours with an occasional 4 hour cruise through Wheeler Lock. Private cruises from 1 to 8 hours can be arranged any day of the week all year along.
All Cruises feature the spectacular natural shoreline of Joe Wheeler State Park, lots of wildlife, and a very close look at Wheeler Dam. Passengers will also learn about local history and the wildlife observed. The boat features a full length roof, comfortable seats, and a restroom onboard. Longer cruises may include locking through Wheeler Dam and touring Lake Wilson. Civic clubs, business groups, seniors, church groups, wildlife enthusiasts, family reunions, etc. find cruising the scenic coves and bluffs aboard the 36' NAUTICAL WHEELER to be the perfect outing for their group. Coast Guard, this 36’ passenger pontoon boat is extremely safe and features a full-length roof, comfortable seating, and a restroom on board. Private Party Cruises from 1 to 8 hours can be arranged almost any day year round and the boat can carry up to 24 passengers. General public cruises are scheduled on weekends and holidays from late April till mid-November.
