Hawkins County Recovery Court Our program supports and guides Participants through 4 phases of recovery. Participants make the choice to be in recovery and put addiction behind them.

They are in the program to break the cycle. Addicts don't belong in jail they belong in recovery.

HAWKINS COUNTY GENERAL SESSIONS COURT WILL BE ON A REGULAR SCHEDULE ON WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 4, 2026.

Due to current weather and road conditions, and with little chance of improvement before tomorrow morning, Hawkins County General Sessions Court will be closed on Monday, February 2, 2026. All cases set for Monday will be reset to Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at the same time. If you are scheduled to appear as a defendant or witness, and have questions or concerns, please send an email to [email protected] with your full name, date of birth, and contact information. We will respond to you as soon as possible. Please stay home and stay safe.
