Lewis Gandy - after a motion to revoke probation was filed and granted, the Judge sentenced the Defendant to 3 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections (DOC) for passing bad checks.

William Estes - pled guilty to Felony Driving while intoxicated and ordered to complete 30 days shock incarceration and alternative treatment court while on felony probation.

Dominick Hunter - pled guilty to Felony stealing and sentenced to 2 years in DOC.

Dominick Hunter - pled guilty to Felony resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance and sentenced to 4 years in DOC, consecutive to other sentences.

probation.

Brandon Tharp - pled guilty to Burglary, Property Damage, Stealing, and Possession of Liquor by a minor and placed on probation with special condition to pay restitution, write apology letter, and community service.

Lorin Trick - pled guilty to Sexual Contact with a Prisoner by a Employee of a Correctional Facility.

Amanda Wake - failed to appear and a Capias Warrant issued.

Adam Stickel - after a motion to revoke probation was filed and granted, the Judge sentenced the Defendant to 60 days in the Texas County Jail for failure to abide by conditions of probation.

April was a busy month!

The following are cases where defendants have pled guilty or admitted violations of probation during the month of April.

Christina Banderman – pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance and sentence to two years in the Missouri Department of Corrections (DOC).

Cody Bowman – pled guilty to Burglary in the second degree and stealing and placed on probation where he was ordered to pay restitution for the stolen items.

James Boyer – pled guilty to the felony of failure to pay child support and placed on probation where he was ordered to pay his child support.

Sheyla Chase – admitted to violating her probation for possession of a controlled substance and sentenced to seven years in DOC.

Tyler Flores – admitted to violating his probation for forgery and sentenced to seven years in DOC.

Cody Jennings - pled guilty to the felony of failure to pay child support and placed on probation where he was ordered to pay his child support.

Amanda Matheney – Ordered to complete 120days in DOC for violations of probation as Court Ordered Detention Sanction.

Christopher Mitchell – admitted to violating his probation for distribution of a controlled substance from 2013 and sentenced to seven years in DOC.

Payton Mordis – admitted to violating her probation for damage to jail property and sentenced to four years in DOC.

Andres O’Daniel – pled guilty to stealing a motor vehicle and sentenced to two years in DOC.

Harry Schena – admitted to violating his probation for burglary in the second degree and stealing and sentenced to ten years in DOC.

Thomas Stanton – pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance and sentenced to seven years in DOC.

Andrew Stemper – admitted to violating probation for Burglary in the second degree and stealing and sentenced to three years in DOC.

George Williams – pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance and sentencing set for June 5, 2018.

Robby Wallis – pled guilty to Domestic Assault in the 2nd degree, Endangering the welfare of a child in the 1st degree, and DWI – prior offender and sentencing set for June 5, 2018.

Jennifer Farris – pled guilty to Burglary in the 2nd degree and stealing 4th or subsequent offense and sentencing is set for June 5, 2018.

Patrick Gutscher – pled guilty to Possession of a controlled substance and sentenced to five years in DOC.

Ronnie Barr – pled guilty to Violence to an inmate by an inmate and sentence to five years in DOC.

Christopher Gales – pled guilty to Assault in the 2nd degree and sentenced to two years in DOC.

Jonathan Moore – pled guilty to Assault in the 2nd degree and sentenced to three years in DOC.

Christopher White – pled guilty to Assault in the 2nd degree and sentencing set for May 22, 2018.

Susan Brown – pled guilty to Domestic Assault in the 3rd degree and sentenced to four years in DOC.

Garrett Barnett – pled guilty to failure to drive on the right half of the roadway when roadway was of sufficient width thereby resulting in an accident and fined $300.

Trisha Clover - pled guilty to failure to drive on the right half of the roadway when roadway was of sufficient width thereby resulting in an accident and fined $250.

Stanley Floyd – pled guilty careless and imprudent driving and fined $250.

Victor Hall – pled guilty to operate a vehicle on the highway without a valid license and fined $300.

Dominick Hunter – pled guilty to stealing, value under $150 and no priors, and fined $150.

Jesse Lane - pled guilty to stealing, value under $150 and no priors, and fined $200.

Bryce Lievsay – pled guilty to delivery of a prohibited item to the Texas County Jail and sentenced to thirty days in the Texas County Jail.

Joseph Mccoy - pled guilty to failure to drive on the right half of the roadway when roadway was of sufficient width thereby resulting in an accident and fined $350.

Jarett Horne – admitted to violation of probation for felony stealing and sentencing set for May 22, 2018.

Shawn House – admitted to violation of probation for Felony DWI and felony driving while revoked and sentenced to five years in DOC.

Lucas McGaugh – pled guilty to Endangering the welfare of a child in the 1st degree and sentenced to two years in DOC.

Lestal Campbell – pled guilty to Forgery and felony stealing and placed on probation and ordered to pay restitution.

Janay Nettles – pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance and place on probation with special condition to undergo intensive drug treatment.

Kyle Lemasters – admitted to violating his probation for distribution of a controlled substance from 2013 and his five year sentence in DOC was executed.

Natasha Bailey – admitted to violating her probation for DWI and her six month sentence in the Texas County Jail was executed.

Mark Casso – pled guilty to driving with a revoked license and fined $300.
