Today we celebrate our amazing Administrative Assistant, Jess, on her 7-year work anniversary with MI Serenity! 💙

Jess is truly one of a kind. To know her is to love her. She is always willing to jump in and help wherever needed, and her kindness, compassion, and dedication never go unnoticed. She has a heart for both our consumers and her coworkers, and she makes MI Serenity a better place every single day.

Over the past 7 years, she has built countless meaningful relationships and touched so many lives with her caring spirit and positive attitude. We are beyond thankful for all she does behind the scenes and for the love she pours into everyone around her.

Congratulations on 7 wonderful years, Jess! We appreciate you more than words can say and are so blessed to have you as part of the MI Serenity family. 💙

🎉 Happy Birthday to our Summer Crew Supervisor, Ty! 🎉

Ty is always willing to jump in wherever he’s needed and does an amazing job keeping the summer crew in line! His hard work, dedication, and positive attitude never go unnoticed.

We’re also so proud of him as he prepares to graduate this December with his teaching degree! 🍎📚 We can’t wait to watch him continue to grow and succeed in this next chapter of life.

Happy Mother’s Day to all of the incredible moms on our team 🌸

Today we celebrate not only the mothers raising children at home, but also the amazing women within MI Serenity who step into nurturing, guiding, comforting, teaching, and loving roles each and every day for the individuals we support. So many of our consumers look to you for encouragement, reassurance, patience, kindness, and stability. Those things matter more than words can express. ❤️

To our staff who spend holidays away from their own families, who comfort through difficult moments, celebrate the victories big and small, advocate fiercely, and show unconditional care… thank you. The impact you make reaches far beyond a shift.

And today we also want to recognize the men on our team who often step into those same loving and protective roles. To the dads, father figures, mentors, and caregivers who provide support, guidance, laughter, safety, and compassion to our consumers… thank you for the difference you make every single day. 💙

The work we do is so much more than a job. It is showing up for people in ways that truly change lives.

We are grateful for each of you today and every day.
