There summer reading program is wonderful!

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of celebrating the Rolla Public Library with a Ribbon Cutting to kick off their Summer Reading Program and welcome them as a member of the Rolla Chamber of Commerce.

This year's program is packed with opportunities for children and teens to learn, explore, and have fun through Dinosaur Discovery-themed activities, interactive programs, special performances, and exciting summer experiences. Beyond the fun, summer reading programs help encourage literacy, spark curiosity, and keep young minds engaged throughout the summer months.

We are grateful for the Rolla Public Library's commitment to providing educational and enriching opportunities for the youth in our community.

Congratulations on a successful kickoff, and we look forward to seeing another great summer of reading, learning, and discovery! 🦖📖☀️

Head on over to the Phelps County Dream Center for their food distribution from 5:00 p.m-7:00 p.m!

We are set up inside. We would love to talk to you about our sessions and what our goals are.

Kiddos who stop by get to choose a book to keep and can hangout in our Kid’s corner and color a bookmark or coloring book.

No Matter What is partnering with the ✨ Phelps County Dream Center✨! We will be there the fourth Wednesday of every month. We are super excited and extremely thankful to partner with them❤️.

We will be at there tomorrow from 4:45-7!

We will have books📚 to give out and coloring books at our coloring station🖍️.

We would love to talk to you about what we are trying to do 🧸and get to know the needs of our community more. 📖

Hint of the day for our flyer find… it’s a super tasty 🍔 burger joint fit for a king 👑! Catch our flyer in the drive through window 🪟!

Our flyer find ends June 12th. We have a family book basket in store for the first family to find all of them. The hunt is on!

We will be posting hints throughout the next coming weeks👀

Recap of yesterday session.

Show out to Holly’s Bakery and doing a themed story time session with us. It was a blast having you do a Q&A and pass out cookies. 🍪

We will be taking a couple of weeks off but we will be back June 13. We will be partnering with Celina McCain Photography! 🎞️

We have lots of fun activities in store. The kids will get a Q&A session with Celina, make their own camera with film slides, partake in a scavenger hunt, and be able to take some photos, and will get a free photo print!📸

We will be 🥒Rolla Saturday Farmer's Market 🥕from 7:00 a.m until 12:00 p.m. story time is at 10:30!

A little behind the scenes action!

Everything is handmade with love and care. We love what we do and love being able to dedicate this much time and effort into our cause and events.

Today we had our biggest session yet! We had 8 kiddos and 7 adults. It was so wonderful seeing new faces and making new connections.

It is so incredible to watch our organization continue to grow. We are so thankful for all of the support we have received. Thank you thank you thank you ❤️❤️❤️.

We have lots of fun collaborations that are happening soon. We are in talks with a local church about hosting a book/donation drive and a fall fundraiser! We have lots of exciting events planned for that. We will be sure to post about it more later in June or July.

Some activities we want to have featured would be:
-A trivia/silent auction ❓
-A story time session 😜
-food trucks & vendors 🌭
-fall crafts and races for the kids 🧶
-etc.

Please be on the lookout for updates!

We will be partnering with local organizations and other nonprofits so it will be a big community event!
