Today, we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country. Their courage, selflessness, and dedication to protecting the freedoms we enjoy will never be forgotten.

This Memorial Day, we pause to reflect on the true meaning of the day and remember those who gave everything for our nation. We also keep their families, friends, and fellow service members in our thoughts.

We will never forget. 🇺🇸

The annual Peace Officers Memorial ceremony was held this morning at the former Rome-Floyd Law Enforcement Center, where public safety agencies, local leaders, families, and community members gathered to honor fallen officers and their sacrifices.

Sergeant Brittany Werner and Officer Mallory Boatfield read the names of the fallen officers during the ceremony, and loved ones of each officer placed a white rose at their monument in their memory.

In celebration of Police Week last week, Major Lively and his daughter, Anna, organized an incredible event to show their appreciation for our officers.

A huge thank you to Kevin Evans and his family for making the cookout for our officers and their families possible. With Fun Time Party Rentals providing inflatables for the kids (and the big kids), everyone had an absolute blast!

All seats have been filled! Thank you all for your interest. We are looking forward to this class!
