We love seeing community come together for good! 💛 🍳
All throughout the month of June, our Rome Eggs Up Grill’s ‘Smiles for Good’ campaign supports the Family Resource Center through a simple collective effort—optional guest donations at checkout, special menu items that give back, and matching support from Eggs Up Grill. It’s an easy and meaningful way to turn breakfast into something bigger—and help local families thrive!

The FRC is joining other agencies from the Georgia Family Support Network to share information about the positive impact of Family Resource Centers with Congress members. Only five representatives from each state were allowed to attend the convening in DC, and we are proud to stand alongside the Georgia agencies!

Yesterday Allyson from Family Savings Credit Union (Rome branch) stopped by with a donation of diapers, wipes and formula to help the families we serve.

These everyday essentials make a real difference for local families, and we’re so grateful for community partners who continue to show up in meaningful ways.

Want to help? We are always in need of diapers (especially sizes 3 and up), wipes, formula, and other baby essentials. Donations can be dropped off at the FRC during our business hours — every item helps support a family in our community.

Our Parent Aides are committed to learning, growing, and strengthening the support we provide to local families.
Yesterday, the team completed CPR certification training given by our own board member Brandi Jones of , and today they are participating in Applied Behavior Analysis training with to better understand and support the unique needs of children and families affected by autism.
We are grateful for opportunities like these that help us continue building safer, more informed, and more compassionate services for the families we serve every day.

What a day on the course for the 2026 Jim Bishop Memorial Golf Tournament! ⛳

From longtime supporters to first-time players, this tournament once again brought our community together in support of local families and brighter futures. A huge thank you to our presenting sponsor, The Spires at Berry College, along with all of our generous sponsors, the teams who came out to play, and to Chick-fil-A for providing lunch for the day.

We’re also incredibly grateful to our event organizers for the time, energy, and heart they poured into making this year’s tournament such a success. And congratulations to this year’s winning team — Gatsby Trading Solutions! 🏌️‍♂️
