This morning we had the honor of listening to Kellee Vettraino, a mortgage loan officer with Mercantile Bank. She shared information on the MSHDA Down Payment Assistance Program, and it was incredibly encouraging for our group.

She walked us through how Michigan buyers can access up to $10,000 in down payment assistance, who qualifies, and how this program can open doors for families who might feel homeownership is out of reach. Her passion for helping people made the conversation both informative and inspiring.

For anyone in our community who’s thinking about buying a home or knows someone who is looking connect with Kellee at Mercantile Bank is a great step. She’s a trusted resource who makes the process feel approachable and achievable.
