The Build Tiny website has been recovered! I am again listed as the owner. As I have retired, Build Tiny is for sale. If you are someone with construction experience who is interesred in listening to customers and making their dreams come true, please contact me. Of course I would like to sell the business I built, but if the right person is not available, I will lay it to rest.

Robin here, with some unfortunate news. Jay has gone back on his word to buy Build Tiny. He has locked me out of the website and has changed the site to list him as the owner. This is not true.
Please know that I will do my best to remedy this as I do not want anyone else to fall victim to Jay Gainer. Jay's other business is Shenandoah Valley General Services.

It's dryed in, ran out of zip tape, just a few seams left to tape on the roof. Blocking tomarrow and a few Jack's to put in some windows.

Framing is coming along, tomorrow will be day 5 and last day till next weekend. Will update this at end of day tomorrow.

Update All the sheeting is done around bottom. Small loft floor is down. Will finish up the lofts,roof and put the blocking in by end of next weekend.

Good evening Build Tiny community. My name is Jason but everyone calls me Jay. I am sure that by now most of you are aware of the change of hands. I want to thank Robin for the trust in me to take over what she has built. I have no intention of changing anything that Robin has started, other than where the builds take place. Workshops might not resume this year, but I will do my best to get things set up for one before the year is out. I look forward to being apart of Build Tiny and this new journey with you into Build Tiny's next chapter.

Build Tiny has some exciting news. Jay Gainer is taking over as the new owner!! Jay has worked with us off and on since 2005 and has proven his ability to build and create with skill and heart. Jay is someone who will continue the quality and compassion that has made Build Tiny a go to company for those looking for a custom built tiny house. I'll be available to Jay for guidance, but I doubt he'll need it. Please join me in welcoming Jay and this new chapter at Build Tiny.
