The Judges of the 34th District Court are pleased to offer an Amnesty Program for individuals with
outstanding court debt. This limited time opportunity aims to help individuals resolve obligations
while reducing the financial burdens associated with a case. The Court’s goal is to support
community members in regaining compliance without the risk of additional penalties or enforcement
actions.
From Friday, June 20, 2025 to Friday, June 27, 2025 the court will waive all late fees, penalties, and
warrant costs upon full payment of the original fine. If an individual’s driver’s license has been
suspended by the Michigan Department of State for nonpayment of a traffic offense, the individual
is still required to pay the $45 reinstatement fee to reinstate their driver’s license.
Individuals who wish to participate in the program must first request a quote for their case(s) by
filling out the “Request an Amnesty Quote” form located under Contact Us on the court’s website,
www.mi34thdistrictcourt.com, and entering Amnesty in the Case Number field.
Submitting a quote request does not waive late fees or prevent arrest for an active warrant.
Payment in full of amnesty quotes can be made at the 34th District Court during the business hours
listed below by cash, certified check, money order, or by credit card with valid ID. You must bring
your quote with you when appearing to pay.
