Encompassing just over 2000 acres on the eastern shore of Seneca Lake, Sampson State Park features camping and boating as the primary recreational activities. The marina has just over 100 boat slips and a large multiple launch site. A key feature of the park is the beautiful view of the lake at its center, and the most picturesque sunsets in the Finger Lakes Region. Activities include tennis, hors

eshoes, basketball and volleyball, a sandy beach with guarded swimming, playgrounds, and a scenic lake trail. Other popular activities include fishing, hunting, biking, hiking, local golf, geocaching, and wildlife viewing and photography. Picnic shelters are available and may be reserved for events.

How do I book a 1 night reservation?
Normally you must book the 2 night minimum; however, you can book 1 night as long as you book within 7 days of the arrival date.
If you have a current reservation and you want to add 1 night to that reservation for the same site DO NOT book it online call 1800-456-2267 and extend your reservation you can do this anytime before your reservation starts. If you book the 1 night online you will have to come back to the office to re-check in. We can also extend a reservation, for the same site, at the office at the time of check-in.
