The Chicory Ridge Neighborhood Garage Sales are happening Friday, June 5 and Saturday, June 6 from 8am - 5pm!

📢IMPORTANT PARKING RULES – PLEASE READ & SHARE!📢
Village of Roscoe Police Department will be actively patrolling and ticketing, so it’s crucial that all visitors and residents follow these regulations:

👍Park ONLY on the EVEN-numbered side of the street
🚫No parking on the ODD-numbered side, even for quick stops
🚫No parking on EITHER side of the following roads:
👉Chicory Ridge Way (from Roscoe Rd to Angelica Ln)
👉 Meadowsweet Lane (from Roscoe Rd to Angelica Ln)
🚫Do NOT block private driveways
🚫Do NOT park against the flow of traffic
🚫Do NOT park within 15 feet of a fire hydrant
🚫Do NOT park within 30 feet of a stop sign
🐢Speed limit is 25 MPH –🐌 please slow down and watch for pedestrians
