Join us Wednesday, September 9 for a special session at 5:00 PM with Mike Bubany from David Drown Associates to discuss the Financial Impact of the upcoming Infrastructure Project and the approved USDA funding.
This portion of the meeting is open to the public.

Our regular council meeting will follow at 6:00 PM to cover general city business.

We welcome residents to attend and stay informed about Rose Creek’s progress! 🌻🏗️

Reminder bill payments are due today. If bills are not paid in full by today there is a $50 late fee assessed to your bill next quarter. Unable to get to the office to pay before we close, no worries, you can drop off the payment within our Dropbox located at City Hall on Maple St OR online payment options are available through the link below.

Reminder: water/sewer bill payments are due August 12, 2026.

We appreciate the high level of community engagement and the many candidate signs displayed throughout town. Please be advised that Minnesota State Statute 160.2715 prohibits the placement of signs in the public right‑of‑way. Public Works will remove any signs found in violation of this statute. Thank you for your cooperation.

There has been an increase in political and business signs posted along the boulevards around town.

Please note that state law (Minn. Stat. 160.2715) prohibits signs in the public right-of-way. This restriction includes stick signs, sandwich boards, and banners promoting businesses, garage sales, or political candidates. The public right-of-way encompasses public streets, bridges, medians, bike lanes, sidewalks, trails, and pedestrian bridges over roadways.

This also includes the grassy area between the sidewalk and the street, known as the boulevard. Public Works crews will remove any signs that are placed illegally.

However, garage sale signs are allowed at the bottom of Skinners Hill and at the intersection of 4th Avenue NW and 14th Street NW.

Please do not post signs on utility poles.

Signs are subject to removal, and we appreciate your cooperation in placing them in designated locations. For more information, please visit Chapter 4.50 Sign Code or call our office at 437-9950.
