Come Saturday 1-4 to the Historical Museum and help your kids learn about responsibility by planting a plant to care for all winter. Great for the young at heart too. Donations benefit high school clubs.

I am excited to have the opportunity to picnic today with a side of the family I rarely see. Therefore I won't be opening the museum today. I will be around this evening, tomorrow and Monday. Get in touch if you would like to visit the museum this weekend. Cindy. 316-258-0980

Wow! One week from tomorrow is Hometown Christmas! We at the museum are open ten to two. We have s'mores, hotdogs, hot cocoa, model train show, hopefully live blacksmith, coat drive, free horse and buggy rides, free horse drawn trolley ride to rec center with Santa visit, gingerbread houses, vendors market and silent auction. At the 4 H building there is a petting zoo, Santa moves down there and free cookies. There will events I haven't listed. Hopefully the mailer comes out soon. COME SEE US at 106 S Main.

Our theme for Hometown Christmas this year will be Trains! Trains! Trains! We hope to have groups and individuals exhibit their beautiful model trains! This will be December 14. Call or DM Cindy at 316-258-0980 if you have trains to share.

Whoa! Come on down to Shorty Cox Park for the fireworks that are at ten and support THE RHHS robotics and Technology Students association. Fresh baked goods! Yum! BAKE SALE BONANZA!!
