Unfortunately, there has been 3 more hot car deaths since I last updated.
3) A child was found dead inside a locked car in Los Angeles' Valley Village neighborhood. Upon arrival, the child, believed to be a 4-year-old girl, was found inside the vehicle.
What we don't know:
It's unclear if a suspect has been identified.
It's also unknown how long she was inside the car.
4) A Tuscaloosa County father is facing a manslaughter charge after investigators say his 1-year-old child was found dead inside a vehicle Wednesday evening.
The infant's grandma called emergency responders after the baby was found dead in a car, still strapped into their car seat. It was unfortunately too late to save the child, who authorities said had become "highly discolored, purple, and blistered" from being left in the car.
The father admitted to leaving the home at one point to buy more alcohol. Chewning told investigators he believed the child had been sleeping in a crib and said the infant was accidentally left inside the vehicle.
5) A mother in northern Virginia is facing charges following the death of her newborn baby, who was allegedly left inside a hot vehicle while she was at work on Wednesday.
According to the Spotsylvania County Sheriff's Office, a 42-year-old mother of Stafford County, faces charges of child endangerment and child abuse in the death of her 2-month-old child.
Based on the preliminary investigation, the infant had allegedly been left in a car seat inside a vehicle for an extended period of time while the mother was at work, investigators said.
