☀️ Know the Signs of Heat Exhaustion ☀️

As summer temperatures rise, it's important to recognize the warning signs of heat-related illness. Feeling dizzy, weak, nauseous, unusually tired, or experiencing heavy sweating may be signs that your body is overheating.

If you or someone around you begins showing symptoms, move to a cool place, drink water, and rest. Acting early can help prevent heat exhaustion from becoming a more serious medical emergency.

Remember to stay hydrated, take breaks in the shade, and check in on family members, Elders, and neighbors during hot weather.

Please contact them! It will pay you $30 a call.
