The Sicangu Lakota Oyate (Burnt Thigh Nation) is sprawled out over several counties including Todd, Tripp, and Mellette and is made up of 20 communities. RST Comunications is dedicated to providing the

public as well as other tribal departments and organizations with access to tribal news, events and information. We maintain RST Channel 93 and work closely with radio stations KOYA 88.1 and KINI 96.1.

Individuals wishing to challenge a candidate's eligibility must submit a notarized statement stating the grounds for ineligibility and include the required $50 filing fee.
