Mark your calendars - First Thursday is happening tomorrow from 10am-1pm at the Oregon DHS office on Harvard Ave in Roseburg. This months theme is Back to School!

This year is a celebratory year as it marks 30 years of building affordable homes in Douglas County and 50 years that Habitat for Humanity has been helping families find safe and decent housing around the world. To date, Habitat for Humanity has helped more than 65 million people worldwide.

Locally, we have built 14 homes, completed more than 85 critical home repairs, and are currently working on developing our first neighborhood in Riddle where we have plans to develop 20 affordable homes for families in our community.

To celebrate 30 years, we ask that you consider making a small donation to help support our work towards helping families achieve homeownership.

Hurry down to the Umpqua Valley Farmers Market in Downtown Roseburg while there is still time!

John, a member of our Board, and Kit, one of our ReStore staff, are hanging out ready to answer your questions about ReStore and Habitat for Humanity.

Our booth is located in front of Central Arts on Jackson Street and we will be hanging out until 1pm today. So come on down and check out some great local vendors and visit with our team!
