And our Taste of Cogir BBQ Event was a huge success! Those in attendance got to enjoy Ribs, Brisket, Gourmet Mac & Cheese, Baked Beans, Corn on the Cob, Coleslaw and an array of amazing desserts. The afternoon started with some fun appetizers made by one of our amazing residents. Thank you to all who attended, those who decorated, our amazing culinary team, The Buckaroo Square Dancers who came to entertain us, and Judy Kennedy who stopped by for a song or two! You are appreciated!

And then there are the days that your heart is so full. Louis Faro is one of our amazing entertainers that joins us monthly. But on this day, our resident, Dale, joined in. And the total for our Alzheimer's Spaghetti Feed Fundraiser is in and we are so thankful to all who attended and to the businesses, friends & employees that donated items and time for our silent auction! It was a wonderful time! Over $2,100 was raised in one wonderful evening. And the dinner was amazing with many going back for seconds, thirds & even fourths! We are so grateful. Be looking for the announcement for next year's event date and block your calendar so you don't miss it!
