At VA, we're always looking for ways to improve the care experience for Veterans. Soon, our providers will begin using Ambient AI Scribe technology during select appointments.

This secure technology helps create clinical documentation while allowing providers to stay engaged in meaningful conversations with Veterans throughout the visit.

✔ More face-to-face interaction
✔ Less time spent documenting
✔ More time focused on your health and well-being

Your provider remains responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving every note before it becomes part of your medical record.

This is one more way VA is using innovation to support high-quality, Veteran-centered care.

This September 11 marks 25 years since the attacks that changed our nation forever.

Twenty-five years later, we still remember. We still honor. And we still stand together.

The Roseburg VA campus is seeking volunteers to help us set up and take down our Avenue of Flags in remembrance of the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and in honor of the service, sacrifice, and unity that followed.

Whether you can join us in the morning, afternoon, or both, your help will make this meaningful tribute possible.

For many, the sight of these flags is more than a display. Each flag is a reminder of sacrifice, resilience, and a promise that we will never forget.

Ambient AI Scribe securely assists providers by capturing the conversation during your visit and generating a clinical note. Your provider carefully reviews and approves the documentation before it becomes part of your medical record.

By reducing time spent typing notes, your provider can spend more time focused on what matters most.

A couple of weeks ago, we kicked off Graffiti Weekend with an incredible Car Show, and what a way to start! 🚗✨

We were blown away by the amazing turnout. The beautiful classics, hot rods, customs, and an incredible crowd that came out to celebrate with us made for such a perfect day at the Roseburg VA. Events like this wouldn't be possible without the passion and support of our car community, sponsors, participants, and everyone who joined us for a fantastic day.

A huge thank you to John Fost for capturing the highlights in this awesome video and helping us relive such a great event!

You may be asked by your provider if they can use an AI note taking program to record your visit. All recordings are deleted once the chart note is created. This technology will allow your provider to spend more time listening and talking with you! Learn more by watching the attached video.
