The Army is offering promotion incentives to Soldiers who refer individuals to their local recruiting station.

The Soldier Referral Program incentivizes current Soldiers to share their experiences with high quality candidates, educating and inspiring them about the benefits of Army service.

The SRP authorizes promotions for soldiers in the ranks of Private, Private First Class, and Specialist whose referral enlists and ships to basic training. These Soldiers also receive the Recruiting Ribbon. They may only earn one promotion but can earn up to four Recruiting Ribbons.

Let’s take a second to highlight our recent shippers! Meet PV2 Thomas (09M), PV2 Montford (91D) and PV2 Gorschboth (17C)!

These three decided to enlist out of Rosedale Recruiting Center with the help of our best recruiters .

PV2 Thomas gets to be a part of our pilot 09M program which helps him study for the ASVAB. PV2 Montford chose to be a generator Mechanic. PV2 Gorschboth chose to work in IT.

Not only that but our recruiters managed to get each of them bonuses as well choosing their first duty station 🤑🛫.

92G 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳🥘- As a Culinary Specialist, you’ll cook meals and work alongside chefs to prepare meals comparable to any major restaurant, so that Soldiers can sit down and enjoy a hot meal in between training or mission deployments. You’ll be responsible for preparing and servicing meals both in the field and at home stations, as well as ordering, inspecting food supplies, and keeping the kitchen safe and sanitary.
