The Rosemount Girls Volleyball has been dialed in on every serve, dig, block, kill and being a fantastic teammate! Our 2026 team is bringing the energy, playing in front of big crowds and putting on a show as the compete for every ball, celebrate their teammates and their confidence is hard to ignore! This chemistry has led the Irish to a 3-0 start to this season! Next up the Irish take on Park on September 8, 2026, at the Irish Gymnasium at 7pm. We Are Rosemount! Go Irish!

The Rosemount Girls Soccer Team is playing from the first whistle to the final horn. Our girl’s soccer team has shown what happens when you play together, believe in your teammates, trust the process and are building for something bigger than just one game. There are no excuses just competitions! Great to see all the SMILES as the Irish kick off the season with a 4-0 record. Next up the Irish take on Edina on September 5 at 9am in Irish Stadium! he Rosemount Girls Tennis Team has accumulated 5 wins early in the 2026 season. Our tennis team has not missed a beat this season! The rackets are strung tight and the pop can be heard from court to court as our girls are all-in as they compete for a top spot in the SSC. Up next for the Irish Girls Tennis Team is away at Como Park. On 9-9-26! We Are Rosemount! Go Irish!

Irish pride was on full display at today’s Pep Fest as we celebrated our spring sport champions and the incredible accomplishments of our student-athletes! 🏆

And now it’s time to keep that energy going! Tonight, our Varsity Football team hits the road for the first game of the season against Centennial. 🏈☘️

Safe travels to everyone heading to the game — let’s pack the stands and bring the Irish spirit with us!

We are so incredibly proud to congratulate the Rosemount High School Band Program on being selected as one of just 21 marching bands from around the world... and only 8 high school bands...invited to perform in the 2027 Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena, California! 🎺🥁

This incredible honor is a reflection of the talent, dedication, hard work, and countless hours our students and directors pour into their craft. To see the Rosemount Irish represented on one of the world’s biggest stages is something our entire community can be proud of.

During Back to School Night, our marching band gave us a sneak peek of the incredible performance they’ll take to Pasadena after receiving their official invitation from Tournament of Roses President Terry Madigan.

We were also honored to have Rosemount Mayor Jeff Weisensel present President Madigan with an official Key to the City of Rosemount, a special moment that brought our school and community together to celebrate this extraordinary achievement.

From Rosemount to Pasadena… the Irish are going to the Rose Parade ! 🌹🎺 We couldn’t be prouder. Congratulations, Irish! We’ll be cheering you on every step of the way! Go Irish! ☘️

Our RHS Parents have been making sure our athletes are well nourished and have a positive mindset!
OUR RHS Maintenance Crew has the gym floors shining and fresh paint on the fields!
OUR RHS Event Workers are back on the frontlines with big hearts and smiles!
Our Marching Band has already performed in front of the President of the Parade of Roses and the Minnesota State Fair!
Our RHS Coaches have players locked-in and ready to shine!

Rosemount High School students, families and community, SCHOOL STARTS TOMORROW! That means it is time for us to create new memories, foster great friendships and continue to bring together the communities of Coates, Empire, Rosemount, Vermillion Township and the select neighborhoods in Apple Valley, Eagan and Lakeville that make Rosemount High School such a special place to grow and learn!
Class of 2027 this will be your first last day of high school, enjoy the SUNRISE and make sure work to leave RHS a better place than when you arrived! Class of 2028 continue to model and build for the future! Classe of 2029 with one year under your belt, let your character shine towards excellence! Class of 2030 this is a new beginning, and it is time to own your future and own your effort! This OUR YEAR! WE ARE GOING TO OWN THIS YEAR!

Last week, nearly 150 NHS members came together for a day of service and giving back to our community! Students supported the United Way, local pet shelters, and fellow students by writing encouraging messages to help brighten someone’s day.

We’re so proud of our NHS members for giving their time, energy, and kindness to make a difference. Thank you for making our community a better place! 💙

This summer, RHS students traveled through China, experiencing an incredible mix of history, culture, adventure, and innovation!

In Shenzhen, students visited a 500-meter tower and learned about the engineering systems that protect it from high winds and earthquakes. They then traveled by high-speed train to Guizhou Province, exploring its beautiful mountains and rich ethnic cultures.

Students learned ancient paper-making techniques, visited historic villages and the Forbidden City, stayed with host families, tried traditional sugar sculpting, and enjoyed plenty of adventure, from motorbiking and roller coasters to visiting the Great Wall!

From ancient traditions to modern technology, this trip was filled with learning, new experiences, and memories that will last a lifetime.
