🦟➡️Fight the Bite: City of Rosenberg Spraying for Mosquitoes Wednesdays and Saturdays 🦟⬅️

During peak mosquito season, the City of Rosenberg conducts mosquito spraying efforts to help reduce mosquito populations within the city. The City is currently spraying citywide on Wednesday and Saturday nights. Mosquito spraying does not include alleys, private properties, apartment complexes and mobile home parks. While spraying is an important part of mosquito control, it is most effective when combined with efforts by residents to keep the pests (and potential diseases they can carry) under control.

ℹ️For More Information: Visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website or the Texas Department of State Health Services for additional information on the prevention of the West Nile Virus. For information regarding the City's mosquito spraying program, contact Citizen Relations at 832-595-3301.

🚓🚓🚨 LATERAL OFFICERS WANTED 🚨🚓

Let’s be honest… you already know how to do the job.
We’re not here to “re-teach” policing. We’re here to give you a place where you can actually be the police.

At Rosenberg PD, we’re looking for experienced officers who still show up ready to work real calls, make real decisions, and do real police work — not just chase paperwork.

If you miss:
🚔 Working a variety of scenes
🚔Putting bad guys in jail
🚔Proactive policing
🚔 A shift where your experience actually matters
🚔 Leadership that trusts you to do the job you were trained to do

…you might be our kind of officer.

We’re not trying to reinvent policing.
We’re just doing it the right way — with strong support, solid teamwork and officers who want to put the bad guys in jail.

👉 If you’re a lateral officer ready to get back to real police work, Rosenberg PD is ready for you. Apply Now: https://www.governmentjobs.com/careers/rosenbergtx/jobs/5294747/police-officer?pagetype=jobOpportunitiesJobs
