The Hispanic Republicans of Texas was founded in 2009 to recruit and support Hispanic Republicans running for Federal, State and local offices. H.R.T.'s Leadership believes elected officials, working within their communities as Republicans, is the most powerful political force in getting Hispanics to vote Republican. Realizing that there is a lack of Hispanic Republicans serving in elected office,
the Hispanic Republicans of Texas works to provide the tools and support necessary for conservative Hispanic Republicans to win elections. Candidates at all levels of government have received support from H.R.T. in an effort to build a strong team of future leaders for Texas. Founded in 2009, H.R.T. has already made an impact having help elect FIVE Hispanic Republican state representatives in 2010, up from ZERO in the previous session. With your support, H.R.T. has continued to grow and has already had a higher number of winning candidates so far in 2014 than combined in the 2010 and 2012 elections.
