🎪✨ The Circus Came to Excelsior! ✨🎪

What an incredible afternoon for our Eagles! Today, we had the excitement of the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey circus come right to our school for a special assembly!

Our students were treated to an amazing performance filled with incredible talent, big laughs, and plenty of WOW moments. It was such a fun way to bring our school community together and create a little extra magic in the middle of the school day.

A huge thank you to the Ringling Bros. performers for making today so memorable for our Eagles!

Meet Avery Huffine, a senior at Granite Bay High School and a Girl Scout of 12 years! This past summer, Avery repainted the United States map on the Excelsior School blacktop as her Girl Scout Gold Award project.

As a former Excelsior student, Avery remembered the map from her own time on campus and noticed that it had begun to fade. She wanted to bring it back to life as a fun, hands-on learning tool for fifth graders studying U.S. states and capitals. Students can use the map to practice their knowledge, create games, and learn while playing with friends.

Be sure to stop by the Excelsior playground and check out Avery’s amazing contribution to our campus!
