Meaningful employment can change the trajectory of a person’s life, and it starts with access to opportunity. Through our partnership with SourceAmerica and the AbilityOne Program, meaningful employment opportunities are created for people with disabilities across the country, supporting tens of thousands of jobs and delivering billions in products and services each year.

This work is especially important at a time when still face disproportionately high unemployment rates, despite representing a highly skilled and often untapped talent pool.

Partnerships like this make career opportunities possible for like Valentino Corbett, who was recently recognized as a 2026 Achievement Award winner. His leadership and commitment reflect the impact of creating access to meaningful work.
