Cradle of Hope is seeking a Part-Time Community Health Worker to join our team and help support moms and babies in our community.

In this role, you’ll work directly with families to provide compassionate support, connect them with resources, and help ensure every baby has a safe, healthy start to life. You’ll be part of a mission-driven team working to reduce infant mortality and address health disparities in Minnesota.
