Roseville, CA - June 14, 2026: Several hundred patriots lined the corners of Galleria and Roseville pkwy for a local No Kings event to celebrate America and stand against 80 year old fascists in the White House. Rally at Galleria tomorrow, June 14, 2026, from 10am -12pm to celebrate America's 250th and protest the 34 count convicted felon and sexual abuser (as found liable by a jury) turning 80 years old.

This local community event will have participation from RAD, Placer Women Democrats, RATT pack, Invisible groups, and more. Stay hydrated and find shade!

Please note that although the original "No Kings" event was held on June 14th, this is not a "No Kings 4." The next No kings will likely be later in the year. This is a local event with national watch parties for a "Rise up, Sing Out" concert celebrating the First Amendment happening at 4:30pm. Learn more at nokings.org.

Here at RAD, we strongly support free speech and the right to express opinions, ideas, and satire, and stand against the weaponization of our federal government in attempting to criminalize protest and disapproval. It will only make us louder.

6/5/26: Weekly rally at Social Security office in Roseville.

We got great news today of Dr. Pan moving into the top two and advancing to the General! He'll be facing off against MAGA Kevin Kiley. Kiley, who switched to "Independent," recently voted against the war powers resolution which several Republicans voted for, and voted for the OBBBA - the tax bill which cut $1 trillion from Medicaid and will lead to millions losing health care coverage.

Kiley is a MAGA minion and does not care about you or your family.

Yes, all kids should be able to play sports. We support you. We stand with you. And we will never stop fighting for you. PlacerLGBTQ+ Center, PFLAG, and other organizations are doing the work every day to support our communities right here in Placer County.

Memorial Day is about honoring the past and protecting the future. Monday, May 25, 2026, we honored those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. In their memory, we continue the fight to protect the democratic values and social safety nets they served to defend.

We are proud to stand with our Roseville and Placer County community at the Social Security Office today for the Together Across America gathering. This event marked the 40th anniversary of "Hands Across America." This is a reminder that our collective action matters and together we are stronger.

There was a great showing of community leaders, including Neva Parker (AD-5 Candidate), Sean Frame (SD-6 Candidate), Chris Bennett (CD-3 Candidate), and CD-6 candidates Lauren Babb Tomlinson, Tyler Vandenberg, Richard Pan, and Martha Guerrero. And special guests Voices of Liberty!

Democracy is a verb. Let’s protect the promise of America for our veterans and seniors.

5/21/2026: The Roseville Area Democratic Club (RAD) is aware of the arrests of two individuals near school drop off sites in Roseville, as first confirmed by Norcal Resist.

This morning, members of our club arrived at the approximate location to patrol the area, document the presence of any federal immigration activity, and support our neighbors. We are happy to report there was no presence of ICE today, May 21, 2026. But we must remain vigilant.

We have volunteers ready to accompany any students to school. If you or someone you know is concerned about walking your child to school, please contact us at [email protected].

Local school boards are some of the most important elected positions. Who gets elected has way more impact on your day-to-day life than state or national positions.

Placer County has seen a rise in political extremists with harmful ideologies trying to infiltrate school boards. We've seen school boards attempt to ban flags, ban books, implement forced outing policies, and go against state-mandated curriculum.
