📸 Flashback Friday | Celebrating 150 Years of Dry Creek Schools 🎉

As we celebrate 150 years of excellence, we're taking a step back in time each Friday to share a piece of Dry Creek history. From memorable moments and familiar faces to classrooms and campuses of the past, we'll celebrate the stories that helped shape our district.

This week's flashback takes us to 1999 inside the computer lab at Olive Grove Elementary! 💻 Back then, classes visited the lab on a scheduled basis to explore technology and build computer skills.

Fast forward to today, and students have instant access to technology with Chromebooks right in their classrooms. It's amazing to see how far we've come while continuing to prepare students for the future.

Do you remember using a computer lab? Share your favorite Dry Creek memory in the comments! 👇

Today was all about first impressions, new friendships, and big smiles! 🍎

Our youngest learners and their families visited Olive Grove, Barrett Ranch, and Antelope Meadows for TK Meet & Greets, where they got to see their classrooms, meet their teachers, and begin the exciting journey into school.

Superintendent Cliff De Graw stopped by to personally welcome our newest students and their families, helping kick off this special milestone. From our principals and teachers to our families and students, the excitement was contagious!

We can't wait to welcome all of our students back for their very first day of school tomorrow. See you in class! 🎉📚

Tomorrow marks the start of a brand-new school year! 🍎✨ Before students arrive, Superintendent Cliff De Graw caught up with staff to ask what they're most excited for and what makes a successful school year. Their answers are a great reminder of what makes Dry Creek so special! Here's to a year of learning, growth, and showing up for one another. We'll see you tomorrow!
