Attention City of Rosiclare Residents
The City of Rosiclare was awarded a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) for Housing Rehabilitation. Southeastern Illinois Regional Planning & Development Commission staff will be at the new Pells Landing (formerly Rose Clare Community Room) from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. both Tuesday, July 7th, and Thursday, July 9th, to assist in the application intake. To be eligible for housing rehabilitation assistance, your household income must not exceed the limits listed in the chart below, you must live within the City of Rosiclare, and you must live in and own your own home. Mobile homes are not eligible for assistance. If you would like to apply for assistance, please come to the Pells Landing during the listed times to get an application and additional grant assistance guidelines.
