Helps us close the gap!

We are sowing the seeds for the garden's future and have raised over 90% of our $6.5MM goal towards our master plan that will help support historic preservation, safety and accessibility, and a campus that serves Marin for generations.

We need to raise $400,000 by June 1 to ensure the garden's future as a gathering space for all.

There's still a long way to grow. Every gift moves us forward.

๐Ÿ’› Multi-year pledges welcomed | All gifts tax-deductible

Mother Nature is putting on a show this May ๐ŸŒธ

Whether you're honoring someone special or treating yourself (highly encouraged), swipe to find your moment in the garden.

๐ŸŒบ May 1 โ€” In Full Bloom: Pressed Flower Art Petals, color, and a little patience โ€” that's all it takes to turn a single bloom into a keepsake. Join botanical artist Jill Sowards () and learn to press and preserve flowers into stunning works of art. Walk away with custom cards ready for gifting or frame your treasured piece

๐ŸŽจ May 2 โ€” Make, Paint & Take Arrange it. Paint it. Take both home. Start with a custom floral arrangement featuring roses fresh from the Garden, then capture it in watercolor alongside artist . Two creations, one unforgettable afternoon โ€” and yes, you really do leave with everything.

๐ŸŒฟ May 3 โ€” Spring Botanical Printmaking: Handmade cards. Use foraged materials to create dramatic images on your own notecards in this fun workshop! Begin with a 20-minute foraging walk through the garden, gathering botanical materials from the surrounding landscape. From there, move into a 60-minute printmaking session, using the luminous cyanotype (photo) process on sunny days, or elegant botanical stencil printing when the sky is overcast.

๐ŸŒฟ May 7 โ€” Garden-to-Board Spring Charcuterie Experience Golden hour in the Edible Garden. A welcome spritz in hand. A gorgeous grazing board taking shape in front of you. Bia Ionescu of leads this hands-on, sensory evening where great food meets great company โ€” and everyone leaves with new skills and new friends.

๐Ÿซ– May 10 โ€” Mother's Day Tea with Crown & Crumpet Proper tea. Beautiful surroundings. The people you love most, or a delightful afternoon entirely to yourself. Crown & Crumpet comes to the Garden for a celebration that's equal parts elegant and effortless. Reserve your seat and let someone else pour for a change. โœจ

1 month away and we can hardly wait! ๐ŸŽต

On April 25th, Jodi McLean & Jenny Dubiel bring their sound bath to our Studio Gallery... crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and vocals. Also, for this special session they will be joined by cellist Billy Mickelson of Third Seven, guiding you into a state of deep relaxation and inner balance.

This is one full hour for your nervous system to fully exhale.

Bring a yoga mat, warm layers, and someone to share it with. A few spots remain.

Something is stirring. ๐ŸŒท

The flowers are waking up... the colors are coming alive and the Edible Garden is ready for another season.

Spring at MAGC happens slowly... then all at once.

The gates are open, free, every single day.

Come see what's blooming.

Little hands. Big creativity. ๐Ÿฐ

Last weekend, our youngest makers got to build their very own mini charcuterie boards... and let's just say, they were pretty proud of themselves.

A huge thank you to for bringing this adorable workshop to life right here in the garden.

There's something extra special about kids learning a hands-on skill and walking away with something they actually made.

More family workshops coming soon. ๐ŸŒฟ
