Today, representatives and counselors from Lighthouse EAP visited our on-duty crew to discuss our Employee Assistance Program and the valuable resources available to our firefighters and their families.

Today’s firefighters face unique physical, mental, and emotional challenges. Employee Assistance Programs provide confidential support and resources to help our members manage the stresses that can come with both the job and everyday life.

We appreciate Lighthouse EAP taking the time to meet with our crews and helping us continue to prioritize the health, wellness, and resiliency of our firefighters.

C-shift back at the old Rite Aid building for some drills today!

The crew partnered up to supply air to each other using their UACs. They also took turns going through the confidence course (it's been awhile)! All while simulating poor visibility with our smoked out face shields.
