👮‍♂️ This past week, our team was honored to assist East Donegal Constable at the Shippensburg Community Fair, working alongside fellow Constables from across the Commonwealth.

While many know Constables for serving the courts, our responsibilities go far beyond that. From community events to warrant service, from courtroom security to election protection — we’re sworn law enforcement officers committed to public safety wherever we’re needed.

At the fair, our presence helped ensure a safe, family-friendly environment so everyone could focus on what matters: enjoying time together.

Thank you to the organizers, attendees, and fellow officers who made this event a success. We’re proud to serve our communities — in courtrooms, neighborhoods, and everywhere in between.

For months Canoe Township and this office have been working on an agreement to contract for ordinance (local laws) enforcement within the township. During the October meeting, a contract was agreed and signed.

This office will be able to advise, write citations, and assist in making sure local ordinances are being followed.

To report a concern or ordinance violation please contact the township supervisors office. Copies of ordinances are available at the township office. We will also be periodically posting ordinances on our feed.
