The Recruit Sustainment Program (RSP) is a program within the Army National Guard designed to prepare new recruits for the challenges of Basic Combat Training (BCT) and Advanced Individual Training (AIT). It focuses on building a solid foundation of mental, physical, and administrative readiness before recruits ship to training. RSP aims to reduce training pipeline losses by ensuring recruits are mentally prepared, physically fit, and administratively correct.
