🚨 NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THE LEADERSHIP ROSWELL CLASS OF 2027! 🚨

What if one decision could change your future?

For more than 40 years, Leadership Roswell has been developing the leaders who help shape our businesses, organizations, and community. Since 1983, over 1,119 graduates have completed the program, making it the oldest continuously operating leadership program of its kind in New Mexico.

This isn’t a classroom. It’s an experience.

✔ Tour places most people never get to see
✔ Meet community leaders and decision-makers
✔ Travel to Santa Fe and FLETC
✔ Develop leadership skills you can use at work, at home, and in the community
✔ Build relationships that last a lifetime

From the Roundhouse and Governor’s Mansion to local industries, healthcare facilities, law enforcement agencies, and educational institutions, Leadership Roswell provides a behind-the-scenes look at what makes our community work.

The program meets one Friday each month from September through April and is designed for both current and future leaders who want to make a difference.

⭐ Only 30 participants are selected each year.

📅 Applications Due: Friday, July 31 at 5:00 PM
💲 Program Cost: $1,000
🎓 Partial Scholarships Available

🎨 A fresh coat of paint can make all the difference, and Familia Painting recently helped the Roswell Chamber of Commerce see that firsthand!

We are excited to welcome Familia Painting as a new member of the Roswell Chamber of Commerce.

Familia Painting specializes in residential and commercial professional painting, bringing quality workmanship, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service to every project.

The Chamber recently had our exterior signs repainted, and Familia Painting did a fabulous job bringing new life to them.
