**Saturday, October 10, 2026 | Roswell City Hall**
**Benefiting VetBuds**

**WELCOME!**
On behalf of the Roswell Motoring Festival team and **VetBuds**, thank you for bringing your special car, motorcycle or other vehicle to share with our community. Our collectors and exhibitors are what make this event possible, and we appreciate your participation!

# # # ARRIVAL & LOAD-IN
**Load-in begins NO EARLIER than 8:30 AM.**

**ALL EVENT ENTRY IS FROM HILL STREET.** Please follow event signage and the directions of our volunteers when you arrive.

Please review the attached site map **before Saturday** and make note of your **color-coded lot placement**. The Red, Green, Blue and Yellow lots, along with designated specialty areas, will help our team get everyone parked efficiently.

**Day-of registration closes promptly at 11:00 AM.**

# # # RAIN OR SHINE
Inclement weather is currently forecast; however, **the Roswell Motoring Festival is a RAIN OR SHINE event.**

Please come prepared for changing weather conditions. You are welcome to bring a **pop-up tent** for shelter. In the spirit of the day, **if you have room under your tent, please share it with fellow collectors who didn't bring one!**

**10:00 AM – 3:00 PM**

Once your vehicle is positioned, please remain in your assigned display area until event staff begins the coordinated departure process at the conclusion of the Festival.

# # # A FEW IMPORTANT REMINDERS
- **Do not arrive before 8:30 AM**
- **All entry is from Hill Street**
- Know your **color-coded lot assignment** before arriving
- Follow volunteer directions for final vehicle placement
- **Day-of registration closes at 11:00 AM**
- Bring a pop-up tent if desired — and please share!
- **Rain or shine — we're on!**
