Important Update for Certain BCBS Texas Patients

Fisher County Hospital District has provided formal notice of its intent to terminate participation in two BCBS Texas plans: Medicare Advantage and Blue Advantage HMO Marketplace.

All other BCBS Texas plans, including employer-sponsored and group health plans, are not affected.

Our priority remains ensuring patients have access to the local healthcare providers they know and trust. Patients enrolled in either affected plan do not need to make immediate changes to their coverage. We will continue working with BCBS Texas throughout the notice period to minimize disruptions to patient care.

Affected patients are encouraged to contact BCBS Texas Member Services using the number on the back of their insurance card and express their desire to keep Fisher County Hospital District and Clearfork Health Center in network.
