Rothschild/ Schofield Aquatic Center Pool will close if there are less than 10 people in attendance. Pool will close for 30 minutes if lightning is spotted and will reopen if lightning stops.

Pool Closing Guidelines:
Pool will close if weather is below 65 degrees. Pool will remain open during brief rain storms. Pool will close if a severe weather warning is issued.

🟣 Very Unhealthy Air Quality from Wildfire Smoke

Air quality has worsened since yesterday, and today’s PM2.5 levels are high enough that everyone may experience effects.

Protect yourself:
👉 Avoid outdoor activities as much as possible.
👉 Stay indoors with clean, filtered air. Keep windows and doors closed.
👉 Check on neighbors who may need extra support.
👉 Keep pets indoors too—they’re affected by smoke just like we are.
👉 Consider using an N95 respirator if you must be outside. N95s are available at the Public Health Vending Machines at Community Partners Campus and Healthfirst in Wausau.
