The Book Nook at Round Rock Public Library

The Book Nook at Round Rock Public Library The Book Nook is the Friends of the Round Rock Public Library's used book store, located inside the library on the first floor.

Our mission is to raise funds to purchase new materials and programs for the library. The Book Nook sells books withdrawn from the library as well as those donated by the community. Currently the children's section is housed on the first floor of the library due to space restrictions. We accept donated books from the community in good or better condition. The book drop bin, inside the East entranc

e of the library, is there for small book donations. If you have a larger donation, please message us for a convenient drop-off time. Please do not donate items that are damaged, dirty or are not sold in the Nook. We do not take magazines, cassette tapes, VCR tapes, items that have been written in or damaged.

Easter and Passover books are out for purchase. Come in early for the best selection.

The nook shelves in the alcove have been temporarily moved to the area near the adult fiction wall. This is to make room for the tax helpers. Things are a little tight, please be aware of other shoppers. Please also remember that the book nook is run completely by volunteers, if you can, please return books you don't want to where you found them, it would be much appreciated. Thank you all for supporting the library with your purchases.

We have some great news! Due to an abundance of fantastic donations we have been able to lower some of our prices. Check out the new price lists below. We also have received a large number of Playaways from the library and have rearranged our shelves in the alcove area in order to put the Playaways up. We currently have fiction, mystery, sci-fi, and romance playaways up for sale. Come by and grab a few for that next road trip or for those daily walks now that the weather is cooling down.
